Coaching Sessions
My Empowerment Coaching works in 3 ways
- in conjunction with the Higher Vibrations 20-week program in my book Higher Vibrations for Health Happiness and Harmony (see About program). I go through the program week by week with clients
- with direct life matters once a person has completed the program or has understood the Creative Process as I teach it in my book The Book of Life or in my YouTube videos.
- as a general session for people to ask questions for understanding of the Creative Process, and the process to get back in charge of their life using our powerful thought energy
If you want to opt to go through the program it offers the following benefits 1) accountability to be consistent in the learning 2) the direct clarifications that happen in the calls 3) relating the week material to real life for even greater uptake and living it 4) the thoroughness of understanding the material which really helps to live it 5) the general support and confirmation of being on track and progressing.

Call rates are as follows ( CDN dollars): $50 for 30 minutes, $75 for 45 minutes and $100 for an hour.

At the time of call I use either Google Meet or Facebook messenger. If Google Meet I send a link and if you want to use Facebook messenger let me know and you can initiate the call. I do prefer FB messenger as it simplifies the call connection for me.
