How can be I positive when I got pain?

OK let’s understand pain first, it will be helpful. Your natural state of being is wellness. The cells of your body are all intelligent and they know what they need to maintain their balance and wellness and they inspire you accordingly. So what causes our body to experience pain, ailments and really any malfunction. It is of course the same thing that impedes everything else we desire from manifesting, resistance or negative energy / negative feeling thoughts, a general state of low vibration. This prevents the cells message, it’s desire from being fulfilled.

So before you experienced the pain / accident, the creative process would indicate that you (unaware) were offering low vibrations to the law of attraction and it delivered to you, an experience to match that low vibration – the accident / pain (in this way there are no accidents, simply cause and effect where energy offered is cause and circumstance is effect). Now perhaps you have resolved the situation that occurred before the accident (that thing that got your attention in a negative way) but now you have this physical pain getting your attention.

From what I have said so far, you now know that you are in charge of your wellness or lack of it. So just as you offered the low vibe and attracted accordingly, you can start offering high vibe and attract what matches that, returned wellness and more desired life circumstances overall.

So in returning to wellness, a very important concept to realize is that even when your body is hurting you can still take your mind to a place of relief and soothing, you can separate your physical experience from your mind experience. In other words, it is a very big difference to feel pain and hopeless rather than pain and hopeful. Knowing what I have said here should give you at least a boost in feeling hopeful which is a much higher vibration than hopeless.

Another thing to know is that when you change your vibration, let go of resistance which lets it rise naturally, it does not always change your life instantly for 2 reasons 1) energy has momentum so if you got negative momentum going on, it takes continuous attention on positive energy to turn it around. It’s like a wild fire, if you throw a bit of water on it, it may die down a bit but unless you keep throwing the water it is not going to go out and in fact it will come back. Further more you probably won’t see much difference in those first couple of water doses but they are actually doing something. You may not see the change until 5 or 10 doses of water are put on the fire. This is what trips up many people trying to change something in their life, they don’t see the changes so they give up when they were so close and then they don’t get (allow manifestation of) the new condition, they let themselves go back to the same old negative vibe and keep getting the old condition – like pain, or not enough money, or a bad relationship experience etc.

So your job is to change the vibration you are offering to the law of attraction and consistently offer a high vibe. If you can find an external remedy to give you some relief while you work on the vibration side that would probably be helpful but not necessary. So first knowing this information you want to make the pain OK by accepting it as simply the manifestation of low vibration energy you offered. This can make it seem less controlling of you and give you more control of it. That can be a soothing thought. Another soothing thought can be that this is a temporary condition and it certainly is. That thought can give you relief because you know as you change your vibe this condition changes. The condition is a condition of the vibration. Other things you can say to yourself is that Everyday and every way I am feeling better and better and better. Sometimes it might feel like empty mind chatter but if it distracts you and gives you a sense of healing, in both cases you are releasing resistance from it. So repeating this for even 5 minutes when you need a distraction can be very helpful (or other statements that give you relief). You can visualize things like standing under a sparkling energy waterfall and feeling (in your imagination) a soothing coming over your body, a purification, like the fire being put out. It’s really a matter of coming up with various mind strategies that put your focus on good or better feeling thoughts and now that you know you are in charge here, it makes you feel like you are doing something constructive that will have an impact if you stay the course and that again is a more soothing frame of mind.
